Ingredients:
- - 1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cups - chicken broth
- 1/3 cups - Salsa
- 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons - Chili Powder More if you like it hot!
- 1/4 teaspoons - Paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
- - Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Place chicken in Crockpot (I always spray mine with Pam...keeps things from sticking with any recipe). Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken with forks about a 1/2 hour before serving. Enjoy!
