Crockpot Mexican Shredded Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. - 1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 cups - chicken broth
  3. 1/3 cups - Salsa
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - Chili Powder More if you like it hot!
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Paprika
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
  9. - Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Place chicken in Crockpot (I always spray mine with Pam...keeps things from sticking with any recipe). Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken with forks about a 1/2 hour before serving. Enjoy!
