Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 12 - potatoes (medium)
  2. 1/4 cups - onion (chopped)
  3. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cans - cheddar cheese soup
  5. 1/2 cups - butter/margarine
  6. 1 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper

Directions:

Peel and chop or slice potatoes.

Cook in enough water to cover for 3 minutes, then drain.

Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spoon into crock pot and cook on high 3 hours or 1 hour on high plus 4 hours on low.
