Crock Pot Roast Chicken

  1. 1 whole - chicken washed; giblets and excess skin removed
  2. - salt & pepper to taste
  3. - garlic powder
  4. - paprika for a nice color


Place chicken in crock pot with legs toward top.

Season with salt, pepper, a little garlic and some paprika (to make it a nice color). Add NO water!

Cook on low for about 6 hours or 'til cooked through. Use 2 large kitchen spoons to remove when done. It will make a lot of its own liquid broth. Discard liquid.
