Crock-Pot Potato Chowder

Ingredients:

  1. 8 cups - diced potatoes
  2. 1/3 cups - onion, chopped
  3. 14 1/2 ounces - Chicken Broth
  4. 10 3/4 ounces - condensed cream of chicken soup
  5. 8 ounces - cream cheese, cubed, softened
  6. 1/2 pounds - bacon, cooked and crumbled
  7. - Chives

Directions:

Combine potatoes, onion, broth, and cream of chicken soup in crock pot.

Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Add cream cheese and blend.

Top with bacon and chives before serving.
