Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

  1. 6 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  2. 4 cloves - garlic minced
  3. 1/3 cups - honey
  4. 1/2 cups - low-sodium ketchup
  5. 1/2 cups - low-sodium soy sauce
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - dried oregano
  7. 2 tablespoons - fresh parsley
  8. 1/2 tablespoons - toasted sesame seeds


Arrange chicken thighs on bottom of slow cooker; set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano and parsley; whisk until well combined.

Pour sauce over chicken thighs. Cover with a lid and cook for 4 to 5 hours on Low heat OR 3 to 4 hours on High.

Remove lid and transfer chicken to serving plate. Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
