Crock Pot Green Chile Enchilada Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - Chicken breast
  2. 2 cans - Chicken broth
  3. 2 cans - Diced green chilis 4 oz
  4. 1 cans - Green enchilada sauce
  5. 1 jars - Tomatillo salsa
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Cumin
  7. 1 tablespoons - Chili powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - Onion powder
  9. 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder
  10. 1 bags - Frozen corn
  11. 1 bars - Cream cheese Diced
  12. - Salt and pepper
  13. - Shredded cheese

Directions:

Place chicken broth, enchilada sauce, green chiles, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and chicken in crock pot on LOW. Cook for 3.5 hours.
After cooking for 3.5 hours dice chicken and return to pot. Add corn, and cubed cream cheese. Stir and cook for half hour.
Add salt and pepper to taste and top with Monterrey Jack Cheese.
