Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 2 tablespoons - butter
  3. 2 cans - cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 - onion chopped
  5. 1 packages - refrigerated biscuits
  6. - water to cover

Directions:

Place chicken, butter, soup and onion in crock pot. Fill with water to cover.

Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours until chicken is done.

Shred chicken about 30 minutes before serving. Tear biscuits into pieces and place on top of mixture; DO NOT sink the biscuits. Cook for 30 more minutes or until dumplings are done.
