It is easy to burn or under-cook kale. The exact cooking time depends on the quantity of kale you are baking (more will take a little longer), and also the specific performance of your oven. It's a good idea to check it after 10 minutes every couple of minutes by tossing it around with a spatula. When the pieces are firm, like potato chips, they are done.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunches - Kale
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear the feathery tips of the kale off of the watery stalks and place in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and salt and toss into the kale until coated. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until crispy. Add additional salt to taste.
