Crescent Wrapped Brie

  1. 1 cups - apricot or blackberry preserves
  2. 1 - wheel of Brie cheese
  3. 1 cans - crescent roll dough


Roll out crescent roll dough and press seams together.

Using a potato slicer, remove most of the white rind from the brie.

Place Brie in the center of the crescent dough, and pour 1/2 to 1 cup of preserves (as desired) over the top of the Brie. Pull corners of the dough up and twist to enclose Brie and preserves.

Bake according to crescent roll package directions. Serve with Ritz crackers or your cracker of choice.
