Crêpes Dough

Ingredients:

  1. 250 grams - Flour
  2. 1 cups - Milk
  3. 2 - Eggs
  4. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  5. - Salt
  6. 250 grams - Flour
  7. 1 cups - Milk
  8. 2 - Eggs
  9. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  10. - Salt

Directions:

Pour the flour in a bowl, make a well and eggs. Mix.

Add oil, salt and a little bit of oil.

Work the dough energetically and add the milk as you go while you are stirring.

Let it rest for an hour.

To cook your crepes: use a flat pan, and use a paper towel to butter the bottom.
Stir a little your dough before to cook the crepes.
Use a small ladle to pour your dough in the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes and then return it ; you can use a spatula or other ustensil.

Savor your crepes as you make it or later, with as many flavors as you would like!

You can work on the thickness of your crepes by pouring more or less dough in the pan and how much cooked you like it by making more and more :)
