Ingredients:

  1. 80 - ml almond milk
  2. 70 grams - egg whites
  3. 25 grams - flour
  4. 10 grams - sweetener

Directions:

Mix the ingredients for the crepes, and bake thin crepes on a non stick pa

▪Mix the custard/cornstarch powder with the almond milk. Heat it up to thicken it

Mix the custard with the yogurt and sweetener

Form the cake by putting the filling between each crepe, and layering it
