Creole Zucchini

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - slices Bacon
  2. 3 tablespoons - Onion chopped
  3. 1 - green pepper chopped
  4. 2 cups - zucchini sliced
  5. 1 teaspoons - sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 cups - tomoatoes peeled and chopped
  10. 4 ounces - tomato sauce

Directions:

Fry Bacon, drain and crumble, and set aside. Reserve 1 Tbsp drippings. Saute Onion and green pepper into drippings until golden brown. Add zucchini and cook on low heat for 3-5 mins. Add sugar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and Cook over med. heat 5-10 mins. Do not overcook. Place in serving dish and top with bacon.
