Creamy Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - 12 oz. hash browns (shredded) thawed
  2. 3 cups - half and half
  3. 1/2 cups - butter
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Bring half and half, butter and salt to a boil.

Pour over hash browns; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
