Creamy Mexican Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - plain fat-free yogurt, Greek variety recommended
  2. 1/2 cups - salsa, (hot chipotle variety suggested)
  3. 1/2 - medium avocado diced
  4. 1/3 cups - chopped fresh cilantro
  5. 1/4 cups - chopped red onion
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - table salt or to taste
  8. 1/4 - medium avocado diced
  9. 1 tablespoons - fresh chopped cilantro
  10. 1 tablespoons - chopped red onion

Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt and salsa until blended; stir in remaining ingredients except garnishes. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.

When ready to serve, transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with garnishes.

Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
