Freezing Directions: Prepare soup as directed and allow to cool. Divide into quart or gallon freezer bags, label and freeze. Reheat on stovetop or microwave until heated through.

Ingredients:
- 5 cups - chicken broth
- 1 cups - onion finely chopped
- 3 cups - broccoli finely chopped
- 1 cups - medium chopped broccoli for texture
- 1 cups - grated carrots
- 3 cloves - garlic
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/4 cups - butter
- 1/4 cups - flour
- 1 cups - half and half
- 1 dashes - garlic salt
- 1 cups - shredded Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Add broccoli, onion, garlic, carrots, bay leaf and broth to a pot. Bring to boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. When 5 minutes left on mixture, start cream sauce by melting butter in large pot over medium heat. Add flour. Whisk together and cook 3-4 minutes.
When veggies are done, pour in liquid only from the veggies into butter mixture. Stir quickly immediately. After that thickens, add veggies, half and half and dash of garlic salt. Mix slowly until heated through. Remove from heat and add in cheeses. Then add salt and pepper if you think it needs it.
