Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1 - onion chopped
- 3 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 packages - cream cheese softened, 8 oz.
- 1/2 cups - creamy blue cheese salad dressing
- 1/3 cups - buffalo wing sauce
- 1 1/2 cups - chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 cups - crumbled blue cheese divided
- 2 tablespoons - grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate or 1-1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Add cream cheese; cook and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in salad dressing, buffalo wing sauce, chicken, and all but 2 tablespoons of the blue cheese; mix well.
Spoon and spread into prepared plate or dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and remaining blue cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and hot.
Serve warm with dippers like celery sticks, baby carrots, or tortilla chips.
