Creamed Pear Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - unbaked pastry shell
  2. 2 cups - pears chopped
  3. 1/2 cups - sugar
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 1 cups - sour cream
  6. 1 tablespoons - flour
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  8. 1/8 teaspoons - salt
  9. 2/3 cups - flour
  10. 1/3 cups - sugar
  11. 1/4 cups - butter

Directions:

Combine all pie filling ingredients -- pears, sugar, egg, sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt. Fill into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Combine crumb mix ingredients, cutting butter into the flour and sugar. Add crumb mixture over top of pie.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes more until brown.
