Creamed Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - baked pie shell
  2. 1 cups - sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons - cornstarch
  4. 1/8 cups - to 1/2 cup heavy cream
  5. - cooked apples
  6. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  7. 1 - egg
  8. 1/2 cups - sugar
  9. - coconut and walnuts for topping

Directions:

Cook sugar, cornstarch and heavy cream in double boiler until thickened. Add cooked apples; pour into baked pie shell.

Blend cream cheese, egg and sugar together and place over top of pie filling.

Top with coconut and walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes.
