Cream Cheese Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 teaspoons - garlic finely minced
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  3. - fresh parsley chopped
  4. 250 grams - light cream cheese (1 package)
  5. 1/3 cups - dry white wine
  6. 2 - green onions finely chopped
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - tarragon leaves
  9. 250 grams - light cream cheese (1 package)
  10. 1/3 cups - dry white wine
  11. 2 - green onions finely chopped
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  13. 1/4 teaspoons - tarragon leaves
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - garlic finely minced
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  16. - fresh parsley chopped

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and heat over low heat stirring constantly, until well blended.
2. Pour sauce over cooked chicken breasts or fish steaks.
3. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Makes 1 cup of sauce.
