Crawfish Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - crawfish
  2. 1 whole - onion chopped
  3. 2 stalks - Celery Chopped
  4. -
  5. 1 whole - Bell Pepper chopped
  6. 1 cans - Cream of Mushroom soup
  7. 1 cans - pet milk (Small)
  8. 1 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  9. 2 whole -
  10. - Pie Shells
  11. - Salt
  12. - Red Pepper
  13. - Garlic Powder
  14. - Tony's Seasoning

Directions:

Saute celery, onion, and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup and saute for five minutes. Add the can of milk and one table-spoon to a little bit of water. Add the green onions and season to taste. If the craw-fish are not cooked, then cook them for about 12 to 15 minutes in the sauce. Pour the sauce into a pie shell and cover with the other pie shell. Cook on 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
