Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Cranberries Fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cups - Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 - Orange Peeled
- 1 - Apple Seeded
- 4 - Celery Ribs
- 1/2 cups - Pecans or Walnuts
Directions:
Use food processor to dice cranberries, pineapple, orange, apple, celery and nuts to desired size. Mix together in a bowl and serve as is or over mixed salad greens.
