  • Brief Description

"This recipe remains a staple on our Thanksgiving Dinner table" Serves 8 to 12 | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time 10 to 15 minutes WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE I love relishes and chutneys. The texture of a relish or chutney are similar. This recipe qualifies as a “chutney” because of the addition of dried fruit. A relish will sometimes appear less liquid…it’s also linked to the nature of its origin. Either way, they are delicious with Thanksgiving meals. This one is especially great with Turkey!

  • Main Ingredient

1 cup orange juice 12 ounces fresh cranberries 1 juice orange, pitted and finely chopped (skin and all) 1 tart apple, cored and chopped 12 dried apricots, chopped 1 ¼ cups honey, approximately ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
