Substitute raspberry jello for cherry jello. Add zest of 1 orange. Garnish with whipped cream. Can put in gelatin mold and made a few days ahead. Add whipped cream before serving. To unmold the gelatin, submerge the bottom 2/3rd of the mold in very hot water for about 30 seconds. Place your serving platter on top of the open part of the mold and flip it over. If it doesn't immediately come out you can repeat the hot water dips until it comes out.

Ingredients:
- 1 packages - cherry jello (6 oz) or 2 small
- 1 1/2 cups - boiling water
- 1 cans - 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cans - 16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 cups - seedless red grapes halved
- 1/4 cups - pecan pieces
- 1 packages - cherry jello (6 oz) or 2 small
- 1 1/2 cups - boiling water
- 1 cans - 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cans - 16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 cups - seedless red grapes halved
- 1/4 cups - pecan pieces
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve jello in water. Stir in pineapple and cranberry sauce. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Stir in grapes and pecans. Pour into a 2-qt. serving bowl. Refrigerate until firm.
