Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - frozen hash browns
  2. 1/2 cups - margarine or butter melted
  3. 1 cans - (10 1/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 pints - sour cream
  5. 1/2 cups - onion peeled and chopped
  6. 2 cups - cheddar cheese grated
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11-x-14-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
