Cracked Pepper Marinated Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  2. 1/2 cups - Cookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette
  3. 4 teaspoons - HEB Prime Coarse Seasoning
  4. 2 tablespoons - Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

1. Trim off any excess fat from the chicken thighs. Arrange thighs in a single layer in a baking dish.
2. Pour marinade over thighs and turn them to coat both sides. Set aside to marinade for 20 min.
3. Remove thighs from marinade and season on both sides with the seasoning blend.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. When oil is hot, add the thighs and pan-fry for about 6 minutes per side, or until temperature of meat reaches 165 degrees.
5. Serve hot.
