Crack Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoons - sea salt calls for pink
  2. 2 teaspoons - sesame seeds
  3. 1 stalks - green onion
  4. -
  5. 4 cloves - Garlic
  6. 4 tablespoons - Sesame Seed Oil
  7. 2 pounds - ground beef
  8. 20 ounces - Cole slaw mix
  9. 2 tablespoons - Siracha
  10. 4 tablespoons - Soy Sauce
  11. 2 teaspoons - Vinegar
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - black pepper

Directions:

Heat sesame seed oil in large wok/pan and crush the garlic cloves into it. Cook until fragrant. Add ground beef, cook until brown.
Add cole slaw mix and toss.
Add siracha, soy sauce, and vinegar and toss. Let cook until the cole slaw is wilted.
Season with salt, pepper and sesame seeds. Serve with sprinkle of green onion.
