Crack Granola

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  3. 1 cups - raw pumpkin seeds
  4. 1 cups - raw sunflower seeds
  5. 1 cups - unsweetened coconut flakes
  6. 1 cups - unsweetened dried cherries
  7. 1/2 cups - maple syrup
  8. 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup olive oil
  9. 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  10. - salt to taste - I usually sprinkle it lightly over granola once it's on the pan

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients but sesame seeds together.

Spread out on baking pans, and cook approximately 8 minutes.

Stir, and then cook for another 7 minutes or so until golden.

Add sesame seeds, more salt if needed, stir and store.
