Ingredients:
- 3 cups - rolled oats
- 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cups - raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cups - raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cups - unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cups - unsweetened dried cherries
- 1/2 cups - maple syrup
- 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup brown sugar
- - salt to taste - I usually sprinkle it lightly over granola once it's on the pan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients but sesame seeds together.
Spread out on baking pans, and cook approximately 8 minutes.
Stir, and then cook for another 7 minutes or so until golden.
Add sesame seeds, more salt if needed, stir and store.
