Crack Chicken Soup w/ Cheddar Bay Biscuit Topping

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Rotisserie Chicken (or shredded cooked chicken breast)
  2. 1 packages - Ranch Seasoning
  3. 3 cups - Chicken Broth
  4. 1 cups - Water
  5. 2 cups - Bacon cooked and crumbled
  6. 1 blocks - Cream Cheese
  7. 2 cups - Cheddar Shredded
  8. 1 boxes - Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix + Ingredients
  9. - Green Onion Optional

Directions:

1. Add chicken, ranch, chicken broth and water to a soup pot.
2. Add bacon, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted together and smooth.
3. Pour into oven safe dishes (about 2/3 full)
4. Prepare biscuit dough according to box directions. Plop dough over soup.
5. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
6. Brush the garlic butter over biscuit topping (comes in the box)
7. Top with some green onion!
