Crab Quiche Bake

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - eggs beaten
  2. 2 cups - half and half cream
  3. 1 - large sweet red pepper chopped
  4. 8 ounces - imitation crab meat chopped
  5. 1 cups - soft bread crumbs
  6. 1 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  7. 1 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1/2 cups - chopped green onions
  9. 1 teaspoons - salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13-x-9-x-2-inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
