Crab Legs with Lemon Sauce

  1. 3 pounds - king crab legs thawed
  2. 1/2 cups - butter melted
  3. - lemon wedges for serving with
  4. 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
  5. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  6. 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  7. 1/3 teaspoons - cayenne pepper


Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and cayenne; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Brush or spray grill with vegetable oil.

Carefully cut crab legs lengthwise in half through shell with sharp knife, leaving narrow parts whole.

Place crab legs, shell sides down on grill; brush with butter. Cover and grill 10 to 15 minutes or until shells turn red and crab meat turns white and firm.

Serve crab legs with prepared sauce and lemon wedges.
