Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Cooked Crab Meat
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 2 - Eggs Beaten
- 12 ounces - Heavy Cream
- 1 - Celery Stalk MInced
- 1 - Yellow Onion Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cups - Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 cups - Romano Cheese Shredded
- 1 cups - Green Onion Minced
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 2 - Eggs Beaten
- 12 ounces - Heavy Cream
- 1 - Celery Stalk MInced
- 1 - Yellow Onion Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cups - Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 cups - Romano Cheese Shredded
- 1 cups - Green Onion Minced
- 1 pounds - Cooked Crab Meat
Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 425
Lightly grease a 10 in baking dish with butter
Melt remaining butter in a sauce pan
Add onions and celery, and sauté for 5 minutes
Add cream and remove from heat
In a large mixing bowl add crab meat and beaten eggs. Mix to combine
Add onion and cream mixture to the bowl. Mix to combine
Fold in both cheeses
Add cayenne and green onions. Mix to combine
Season with salt
Bake until bubbly, approximately 25 minutes
Serve immediately
