Ingredients:
- 4 - Beef Chuck Steaks pounded thin
- 1 1/2 cups - All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- - House Seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
- 2 cups - Buttermilk
- 1/2 cups - Oil for frying; add more as needed
Directions:
Combine flour and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of meat with House Seasoning. Dredge meat in the buttermilk and then in the flour.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2-4 of the steaks to the hot oil and fry until browned, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Remove each steak to a paper-lined plate to drain. Repeat with remaining steaks, adding 1/4 cup more oil as needed.
