Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups - cornmeal
- 1/2 cups - whole grain pastry flour
- 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 cups - buttermilk
- 3 - large eggs separated
- 2 tablespoons - honey
- 6 tablespoons - butter
- 2 cups - blueberries
- - maple syrup
- - salt
- 1 1/4 cups - cornmeal
- 1/2 cups - whole grain pastry flour
- 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 cups - buttermilk
- 3 - large eggs separated
- 2 tablespoons - honey
- 6 tablespoons - butter
- 2 cups - blueberries
- - maple syrup
- - salt
Directions:
Mix pancakes in usual process. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Cook as usual - top with berries before turning pancake. Keep warm in oven. Serve with maple syrup.
