Cornmeal Pancakes with Blueberries

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - cornmeal
  2. 1/2 cups - whole grain pastry flour
  3. 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
  4. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  5. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  6. 2 cups - buttermilk
  7. 3 - large eggs separated
  8. 2 tablespoons - honey
  9. 6 tablespoons - butter
  10. 2 cups - blueberries
  11. - maple syrup
  12. - salt
  13. 1 1/4 cups - cornmeal
  14. 1/2 cups - whole grain pastry flour
  15. 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
  16. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  17. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  18. 2 cups - buttermilk
  19. 3 - large eggs separated
  20. 2 tablespoons - honey
  21. 6 tablespoons - butter
  22. 2 cups - blueberries
  23. - maple syrup
  24. - salt

Directions:

Mix pancakes in usual process. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Cook as usual - top with berries before turning pancake. Keep warm in oven. Serve with maple syrup.
