Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 8.5 oz. cornbread mix
- 1 envelopes - ranch dressing mix
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cups - chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 3 - large tomatoes chopped
- 1 cans - 16 oz. pinto beans drained
- 2 cups - fresh or frozen corn
- 2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices - cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 packages - 8.5 oz. cornbread mix
- 1 envelopes - ranch dressing mix
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cups - chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 3 - large tomatoes chopped
- 1 cans - 16 oz. pinto beans drained
- 2 cups - fresh or frozen corn
- 2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices - cooked bacon crumbled
Directions:
Bake cornbread according to package directions. Combine ranch dressing with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Mix peppers, onion, tomatoes, pinto beans and corn together.
In a large 3-quart bowl, layer 1/2 corn bread, 1/2 vegetables, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 of dressing. Repeat layers.
Chill until ready to serve.
