Cornbread Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - 8.5 oz. cornbread mix
  2. 1 envelopes - ranch dressing mix
  3. 1 cups - sour cream
  4. 1 cups - mayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
  6. 1/2 cups - chopped red pepper
  7. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  8. 3 - large tomatoes chopped
  9. 1 cans - 16 oz. pinto beans drained
  10. 2 cups - fresh or frozen corn
  11. 2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
  12. 8 slices - cooked bacon crumbled
  13. 1 packages - 8.5 oz. cornbread mix
  14. 1 envelopes - ranch dressing mix
  15. 1 cups - sour cream
  16. 1 cups - mayonnaise
  17. 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
  18. 1/2 cups - chopped red pepper
  19. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  20. 3 - large tomatoes chopped
  21. 1 cans - 16 oz. pinto beans drained
  22. 2 cups - fresh or frozen corn
  23. 2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
  24. 8 slices - cooked bacon crumbled

Directions:

Bake cornbread according to package directions. Combine ranch dressing with sour cream and mayonnaise.

Mix peppers, onion, tomatoes, pinto beans and corn together.

In a large 3-quart bowl, layer 1/2 corn bread, 1/2 vegetables, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 of dressing. Repeat layers.

Chill until ready to serve.
