Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 5 - pans of cornbread crumbled
  2. - chopped onion and celery sauteed until softened
  3. - sage to taste
  4. - poultry seasoning to taste
  5. - broth
  6. 3 - hard-boiled eggs chopped
  7. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Add sauteed onion and celery to crumbled cornbread in a large bowl. Stir in sage and poultry seasoning.

Add broth and hard-boiled eggs, stirring until well combined. Add salt and pepper as needed. Mix to taste.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 60 minutes until set.
