Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Corn Slightly crushed
- 5 tablespoons - Besan
- 2 tablespoons - Cabbage Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger Chili Paste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Soya Sauce
- 1 teaspoons - Red Chili Sauce
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- - Water As Required
- - Oil To Fry
- - Schezwan Sauce
- - Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and add water as required.
Fry the vadas til golden brown.
Serve them dipped in sauce and sesame seeds.
