Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Corn Slightly crushed
  2. 5 tablespoons - Besan
  3. 2 tablespoons - Cabbage Chopped
  4. 1 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
  6. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Chili Paste
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Paste
  8. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  9. 1 teaspoons - Soya Sauce
  10. 1 teaspoons - Red Chili Sauce
  11. - Salt To Taste
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  13. - Water As Required
  14. - Oil To Fry
  15. - Schezwan Sauce
  16. - Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and add water as required.
Fry the vadas til golden brown.
Serve them dipped in sauce and sesame seeds.
