Corn Spoon Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - Eggs Slightly beaten
  2. 1 packages - Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 8 1/2 package
  3. 1 cans - Creamed corn 8 oz
  4. 1 cans - Whole kernel corn 8 oz
  5. 1 cups - Sour cream
  6. 1 cups - melted butter (1 stick)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Spread in baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (can be sprinkled with 1 cup shredded cheese during last 10 min of baking time)
