Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - cream cheese cut up
  2. 2 cups - shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)
  3. 2 cups - chunky mild salsa
  4. 1 cans - drained corn (or equivalent frozen)

Directions:

Mix all together and microwave 1 minute; stir.

Serve with nacho chips or other dippers / crudites.
