Number of Servings:
- 1 cans - OR 1 box of frozen shoepeg corn
- 2 - avocados cubed
- 1/2 cups - chopped red onion (or less, to taste)
- 1 tablespoons - sugar
- 2 tablespoons - to 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
- - dash of salsa
Cook corn and then mix everything together.
Serve with dippers for your guest's enjoyment.
