Corn Paneer Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Corn Boiled and Crushed
  2. 1 cups - Paneer Grated
  3. 1 tablespoons - Makhana Powdered
  4. 1/4 cups - Bread Crumbs
  5. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  6. 1 teaspoons - Green Chillies Chopped
  7. 1 tablespoons - Pomegranate Seeds
  8. 1 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
  9. - Salt To Taste
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  13. 1 pinchs - Chilli Powder
  14. - Oil As Required
  15. 1 cups - Pomegranate Juice
  16. 1 teaspoons - Sugar
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Salt
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  19. 1 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  20. 1/4 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder

Directions:

In a bowl, mix corn, paneer, makhana powder, bread crumbs, coriander, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, kasuri methi, salt and masala.
Make kebabs with wooden sticks.
Pan fry the kebabs.

For Pomegranate Chutney,
Take Pomegranate juice in a pan. Add sugar and boil.
Add black salt and other masalas and thicken it.

Garnish Kebabs with Chaat Masala. Serve Hot.
