Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Canned Creamed Corn
- 1 cups - Milk
- 1 1/2 cups - Flour
- 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 whole - Egg
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl combine corn and egg; add to dry mix. Add enough milk to make pancake batter consistency. Pour batter onto heated greased griddle in 3-inch rounds and cook like traditional pancake.
