I prefer brown sugar with this recipe. But the most popularly used is white sugar.

Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 15 oz Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 cans - 14 oz Cream Style Corn
- 1 boxes - 8 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
- 1 cups - Sour cream
- 1 sticks - Butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups - White or Brown sugar
- 3 whole - Eggs, large
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together corn muffin mix and sugar.
In a large bowl, combine the two cans of corn and eggs. Mix in the corn muffin/sugar mix.
Add in sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes - until edges are lightly browned.
Remove and place on stove top or rack.
Serve warm.
