Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  2. 1/2 cups - milk
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 1 cans - whole kernel corn 16 oz., drained
  5. 1 packages - Jiffy corn muffin mix 8 oz.
  6. 1/2 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 cups - french fried onions

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine soup, milk and eggs with a fork or whisk. Stir in the corn, corn muffin mix, cheese, and 1/2 cup onions. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish.

2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the mixture is hot and cooked through.

3. Top with the remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
