Ingredients:
- 1 cups - black beans cooked day before
- 2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 - large sweet red pepper roasted and peeled
- 1 1/2 cups - salsa
- 1 1/2 cups - canned corn kernels drained
- 3 - green onions sliced
- 1/2 cups - minced fresh cilantro
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with tostadas.
