Corn, Black Bean and Roasted Red Pepper Salsa

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - black beans cooked day before
  2. 2 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1 - large sweet red pepper roasted and peeled
  4. 1 1/2 cups - salsa
  5. 1 1/2 cups - canned corn kernels drained
  6. 3 - green onions sliced
  7. 1/2 cups - minced fresh cilantro

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve with tostadas.
