Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Sunflower Oil
- 1 bulbs - Medium Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 ribs - Celery Finely Chopped
- 1 kilograms - Fresh Ground Bison
- 1/4 cups - Frontera Powder Silk Road
- 30 milliliters - Tomato Paste Concentrate Alpino
- 30 milliliters - Smoked Paprika Silk Road Spice
- 10 milliliters - Sea Salt
- 6 cloves - Galic Finely Chopped
- 2 cans - Whole, Peeled Tomato 56 oz of Crushed by Hand
- 2 cans - White Canelli Beans (30 oz) Drained and Rinced
- 1 dashes - Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/4 - Italian Parsley Add as a final season before serving
Directions:
Heat oil in 6 Qt. sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and celery, and cook until soft, about 6 minutes. Add bison, cam cook, stirring, until browned, about 25 minutes. Add Silk Road Frontera spice, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and garlic, and cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, and bring to a boil: reduce heat to medium-low and cook, Stirring often for 1 hour. Add beans, and cook, until thickened, about 30 minutes. Season chili with salt and pepper and garnish with Italian parsley.
