Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Sunflower Oil
  2. 1 bulbs - Medium Onion Finely Chopped
  3. 1 ribs - Celery Finely Chopped
  4. 1 kilograms - Fresh Ground Bison
  5. 1/4 cups - Frontera Powder Silk Road
  6. 30 milliliters - Tomato Paste Concentrate Alpino
  7. 30 milliliters - Smoked Paprika Silk Road Spice
  8. 10 milliliters - Sea Salt
  9. 6 cloves - Galic Finely Chopped
  10. 2 cans - Whole, Peeled Tomato 56 oz of Crushed by Hand
  11. 2 cans - White Canelli Beans (30 oz) Drained and Rinced
  12. 1 dashes - Freshly Ground Pepper
  13. 1/4 - Italian Parsley Add as a final season before serving

Directions:

Heat oil in 6 Qt. sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and celery, and cook until soft, about 6 minutes. Add bison, cam cook, stirring, until browned, about 25 minutes. Add Silk Road Frontera spice, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and garlic, and cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, and bring to a boil: reduce heat to medium-low and cook, Stirring often for 1 hour. Add beans, and cook, until thickened, about 30 minutes. Season chili with salt and pepper and garnish with Italian parsley.
