Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground beef
  2. 2 whole - Green/Red Dice
  3. 1 whole - Onion Dice
  4. 3 tablespoons - Minced Garlic
  5. 5 cans - Kidney beans
  6. 1 cans - Black Beans
  7. 1 cans - Large can diced tomatoes
  8. 1 cans - Corn
  9. 1/2 cans - Tomato paste
  10. 2 7/8 tablespoons - Salt
  11. 1 tablespoons - Soy sauce
  12. 1 tablespoons - Hot sauce
  13. 1 teaspoons - Black pepper
  14. 1 packages - Chili powder
  15. 1 pounds - Ground beef
  16. 2 whole - Green/Red Dice
  17. 1 whole - Onion Dice
  18. 3 tablespoons - Minced Garlic
  19. 5 cans - Kidney beans
  20. 1 cans - Black Beans
  21. 1 cans - Large can diced tomatoes
  22. 1 cans - Corn
  23. 1/2 cans - Tomato paste
  24. 2 7/8 tablespoons - Salt
  25. 1 tablespoons - Soy sauce
  26. 1 tablespoons - Hot sauce
  27. 1 teaspoons - Black pepper
  28. 1 packages - Chili powder

Directions:

1. Dice onions and peppers
2. Set instant pot to sauté
3. Once hot add onions and garlic and sauté till onions are light brown
4. Deglaze the base of the pot and add ground beef salt and pepper and chili powder
5. Stir until meat is browned and cooked through.
6. Add soy sauce hot sauce and tomato paste, stir
7. Add green and red bell peppers.
8. Open all cans of beans and rinse under luke warm water
9. Add beans corn and diced tomatoes
10. Stir
11. Once all ingredients are in go to manual pressure cooking setting and set to ten minutes and seal the instant pot
12. Once timer goes off open lid and rest for taste. Add salt pepper or other spices to your liking.
13. Set instant pot to slow cook for 2.5 hours.
14. Serve over rice and top with cheese
