Comfort Meatballs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - ground beef
  2. 3/4 cups - oats
  3. 1 cups - milk
  4. 3 tablespoons - onion finely minced
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 teaspoons - pepper
  7. 1 cups - ketchup
  8. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  9. 3 tablespoons - white vingear
  10. 5 tablespoons - onion finely chopped
  11. 3 drops - Tabasco
  12. 2 tablespoons - worcestershire sauce
  13. 1 cups - flour for dredging

Directions:

Combine ground beef, oats, milk, 3 T. minced onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into medium balls and place tray in freezer for at least five minutes. Roll frozen balls in flour and brown in a skillet before moving to a baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the browned balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
