Colorful Christmas Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - green onion
  2. 1 - EACH of red, yellow, orange, and green peppers diced
  3. 1 heads - cauliflower cleaned and separated
  4. 1 - or 2 florets of broccoli diced
  5. - small cherry tomates as many as desired
  6. 1/4 cups - sugar
  7. 1/4 cups - red wine vinegar
  8. 1/4 cups - red wine vinegar with garlic
  9. 1/2 cups - oil

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together for salad.

Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk; then mix through vegetables.

Best if made the day before, so the flavors can mix together.

Stir a few times and drain juice just before serving.
