Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunches - Green Onions Sliced thinly
  2. 1 heads - White Cabbage Thinly Shredded
  3. 1/2 heads - Red Cabbage Thinly Shredded
  4. 3 - Carrots Grated
  5. 1/2 cups - Red Wine Vinegar
  6. 2 tablespoons - Braggs Liquid Aminos
  7. 3 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Sea Salt
  9. 3 cloves - Garlic minced
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper

Directions:

Prepare salad vegetables as directed in the ingredient list and toss tocombine in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well then cover and chill for 3 hours or longer. Stir again just before serving.
