Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Flour
- 1 2/3 cups - Sugar
- 1/2 cups - Oleo
- 1/2 cups - Shortening
- 1/2 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups - Miniature Marshmallows
- 6 tablespoons - Cocoa 3 T cake, 3 T icing
- 1 cups - Coca cola
- 1/2 cups - Buttermilk
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 sticks - Oleo Icing
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Icing
- 6 tablespoons - Coca cola Icing
- 1 boxes - Powdered sugar
Directions:
TO MAKE CAKE:
1. DO NOT BEAT.
2. Heat in pan 1/2 C oleo, shortning, 3 T cocoa and 1 C coke.
3. Add marshmallows and still until melted.
4. Pour over flour and sugar.
5. Add baking soda to buttermilk and add to mixture.
6. Add beaten eggs. Mix/stir until creamy.
7. Bake in a 13X9X2 rectangular baking pan at 350 for 30 min.
TO MAKE ICING:
1. Heat together 6 T coke, 3 T cocoa and 1 stick oleo.
2. Pour over powdered sugar and beat.
3. Add vanilla and nuts if desired.
4. Pour over cake while cake is hot.
